Excellent all around construction hammer
Excellent balance and weight. Larger milled face allows you to swing with confidence. Weight is just right for most jobs - perhaps a tiny bit too light for wall framing but great for everything else. Magnetic nail set feature very useful when nailing above your head. This has become my overall work hammer. Very comfortable to use.

Best Hammer so Far
I have worked with many different crews, and have worked on residential housing from breaking ground to helping the home owners move in. When I first started off with my Home Depot brand hammer. After working with my first crew I realized that everybody was using a Dalluge or a Stilleto hammer. After losings my first hammer (broken wooden neck) I joined the more seasoned men by getting a Dalluge 21 oz. serrated hammer. Instantly I realized that it was far superior. It's comfort, strength, and balance truly made working easier and promoted a better swing, putting a nail away quicker. Later other guys said that I had to try a Stilleto. So, when my Dalluge's hickory handle was getting near the end of it's rope I got a Stilleto and tried to use it with an unbiased opinion. Instantly I noticed it's serrated face was deteriorating very quickly. Then all of a sudden, while doing light framing, three weeks into using it, the medal cracked in half. Best Hammer in my opinion
I am a Concrete Form-Setter and Rough Carpenter, and I absolutely love my 21-ounce Dalluge Framing Hammer. It's made in USA, well-built, and PERFECTLY BALANCED! The straight hickory handle is really comfortable. I prefer the 21-ounce version over the 24-ounce version (I've owned both.) I like to say that, "this will make you a better carpenter."
